Delivery Options and Charges for the EU



We are happy to provide complimentary Standard Delivery for all orders within the EU.



All orders are processed from our Distribution Centre situated in Poland.



For orders placed before 12:00 p.m. (GMT) on weekdays, we aim to dispatch them on the same day. Please be aware that during peak shopping times and holidays, processing may take longer, and it could take up to 2-3 business days to prepare your order. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.



All shipments are made through UPS Express for reliable delivery.



Tracking Your Shipment



After your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Deliveries will take place Monday through Friday during business hours, and a signature will be required upon receipt.



Return Instructions



We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you decide to return an item, you have a period of 14 days from the date you received it to request an exchange or return.



To qualify for a return, items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all security seals intact. We cannot accept returns that do not meet these conditions, and refunds will not be processed for such items.
